OMG - raised curb from road

Parking my car and thought I hit a wombat. I got out of the car to see what appeared like the earth had moved in an earthquake causing the road to sink and the curb and pavement to rise. Much damage caused to my tyre - mid height on the outside surface.

Needs attention.
