An old white van with a green LHS door and a blown muffler is parking on the footpath here. It is operated by a woman who last week appeared sans pants with a child and dog. last night they left fouled toilet paper on the footpath. The rego plate is AExxLM.

This is a residential area without public facilities. I believe it is illegal to camp here and to leave rubbish on the road. Please get a new muffler to avoid waking the street and use a camping ground in future, if only for the sake of your child, who last week was cleaning his teeth in the street. Full rego plate numbers available on request from an authority.
